The History of: "CHASE"-ing THE CURE
|
|
Chase Franklin was a fun loving 8 year old boy and the light of his father's life.
Being one of the strongest and bravest of boys, he fought long and hard to bring such joy
to our lives. Yet after a nearly three year battle with a brain tumor called Type 4 Anaplastic Ependymoma,
a fast growing and very aggressive type of cancer, Chase passed away on September 10, 2004.

Chase received treatment from the staff of Dr. Bob's & Dr. Rob's office at
the David C. Pratt Cancer Center at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.
The care and compassion that was offered to Chase through this office is truly a gift.

With your help, we can continue to support families who have children with cancer.
The "CHASE"-ing THE CURE Benefit has been established in order to provide financial assistance
to a family with a child battling cancer who may begin or continue treatment through the office
of Dr. Bob & Dr. Rob. Our hopes are that in the future enough money is raised for multiple
families to benefit from your generosity.
